The Baaghi actress, now and then, creates quite a stir and takes the internet by storm with her sizzling pictures and motivating excercise regimes, and this time is no different!
The gorgeous 26-year-old lady shared a video on her Instagram handle on Monday where she can be seen flaunting her toned frame while showing us some kick-ass workout
moves.
The actress can be seen practising kickboxing with her trainer Rakesh Yadav, who is putting her through the grind.
However, Disha, who is into martial arts just like beau Tiger Shroff, seems to be enjoying the process and is happy to go an extra mile in order to achieve best results.
Disha, along with the video wrote, "Everyday makes a difference, chilling with @rakeshyadav13"
While talking about her regimen, the actress told Vogue India, "I work out everyday and my routine usually involves cardio in the mornings, like dancing, kickboxing or gymnastics, and weight training in the evenings. I supplement that with a protein-carbs diet."
In fact, Disha believes that that women too can train as hard as men.
She further told the magazine, "The general assumption is that women working out involves cardio, not weight training. But we all work out and do heavy weights; I come across so many girls in the gym training really hard. At the end of the day, it isn’t about the gender, but about working on your body and becoming your fittest self."
On the work front, Disha Patani will next be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat, where she will be essaying the role of a trapeze artiste.
The film also stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sunil Grover among others.
