On Tuesday, veteran actor Anupam Kher took to his Twitter account to express his disappointment after he visited an Apple store in New York. In a tweet that has now gone viral, Anupam Kher shared a video and wrote alongside it that while the Apple store he visited was 'impressive', he was disappointed to not find a watch representing India among the International Olympic Collection watches.
Sharing a video, Anupam showcased how the store had watches representing countries such as Jamaica, France, Australia and Canada and others with the flags of each country displayed on the front of the watches, a watch representing India was nowhere to be found.
For the unversed, the collection in the store comprised customised watches representing flags of each of the nations that participated in the recently concluded Tokyo Olympics. So, when Anupam Kher did not find a watch representing India, he felt the need to express his 'disappointment' and he did not rightly hold his emotions back.
In a tweet, he wrote, "Dear @Apple! Visited your store on 5th ave in NY! Impressive! There were watches of International Olympic collection representing flags of various countries! Was disappointed not to see INDIA’s watch there? I wonder why? We are one of the largest consumers of #Apple products!"
