Deepika Padukone recently caught up with her ex flame Ranbir Kapoor's parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in New York. The actress was in New York for MET Gala, where after rocking the pink carpet, Deepika took out some time to visit Rishi and Neetu Kapoor.
Those who've come in late, Rishi Kapoor has been in NYC for his treatment, for quite sometime now. Neetu Kapoor too has been with him, taking care of him. After Deepika's visit, Ranbir Kapoor's sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and mom Neetu gave a heartfelt gift to Deepika, as a token of remembrance. Deepika got a good luck bracelet, designed by Riddhima, which she flaunted on her Instagram stories.
Deepika shared a picture wearing the bracelet and captioned it writing, "blessings & good wishes".

After the MET Gala, Deepika Padukone is now all set to rock the Cannes Red Carpet with her appearance. On the work front, Deepika is currently shooting for Chhapaak. The film, which is being helmed by Meghna Gulzar, is based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. The movie also stars Vikrant Massey and is slated to hit the theatres in 2020.
