The Dharma Productions' head honcho, Karam Johar is currently seen judging the talent hunt show, India's Next Superstar along side Rohit Shetty on Indian Television. Since the festival of colours - Holi is just around the corner, Karan Johar was recently shooting for the Holi special episode of the show.
While shooting for the said episode, KJo revealed his reasons for fearing to play Holi till date. The director said, "When I was six or seven years old, kids in my colony ran behind me to put silver colour paint on me. Trying to save myself, I fell down and hurt myself and ended up in a fight with the other kids."
As if that wasn't all, KJo further went on to share how Abhishek Bachchan was the one responsible for ending his love for Holi forever. He remembered the time when he was 10-years-old and had gone to Amitabh Bachchan's place to play Holi. "I fondly remember visiting Amitji’s house for Holi when I was 10 years old. I told him why I feared the festival so much...That’s when Abhishek came inside the room, picked me up and threw me in a pool of coloured water. That was the end of my love for Holi and I haven’t played ever since.”
Apart from judging the reality show, Karan has also turned an RJ. He hosts his radio show called 'Calling Karan' and gives solutions to those in need.
