Farhan Akhtar thanks Shonali Bose for trusting him with 'The Sky is Pink'

Farhan Akhtar who will next be seen in 'The Sky is Pink', began prepping for the film on Monday. The actor took to his Instagram account to share the picture of his 30h script draft which is written by Shonali Bose. Farhan posted the picture saying, "It all starts here. Thank you #ShonaliBose for trusting me with this beautiful story. #fromtheheart".

The actor will be seen in a new avatar in the film, of glimpse of which can be seen on Farhan's Instagram. His physical transformation has indeed left everyone intrigued. The film also stars Priyanka Chopra and Zaira Wasim.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to twitter on Monday and announced that the film will go on floors on August 8. "IT'S OFFICIAL... Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim... Shonali Bose’s next directorial to be produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur and Ronnie Screwvala... Prep and script readings are on in full swing... Starts 8 Aug 2018... Dialogue by Juhi Chaturvedi... Music by Pritam," he wrote.

On the work front, Farhan ended 2017 on a high note with 'Fukrey Returns' and is currently gearing up for his upcoming production 'Gold'.
