Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan recently completed 11 years of marriage and continue to give us couple goals not just by being by each other's at social dos but also have each other's back in every decision in life.
When Abhishek Bachchan decided to stay away from films for over two years he confessed that his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan continued to be his strongest pillar of strength. The actor who calls this break as 'the best thing that he did in his career' is going to make a comeback on the big screen with Anurag Kashyap' 'Manmarziyaan' along with Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kausal. In the last two years, he could see his parents Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan worried about him but said his wifey dear was fine.
In an interview to Film Companion, Junior B explained how he talked to his family about his decision to take a sabbatical. He said, “I didn’t say I don’t wanna be an actor anymore, I just said I need to change the kind of films I am doing. It took two years for me to get the right film, that I perceived to be the right film... How was it on the family? I spoke to them, I told them and they were very supportive... They were okay with it. I think somewhere they were like ‘Okay, one year has gone by, what is this guy doing? I think that’s a parental instinct. My wife was fine because I walk my family through everything I do so they are on the same page,” he said.
Recalling how Ash was also a little paranoid after making a comeback after Aaradhya's birth, Abhishek Bachchan said, “When she came back (to movies), she went through the same insecurities of ‘Am I gonna be able to do?’. ‘Am I gonna pick up where I left off?’ ‘I am gonna climb that mountain again?’”
The actor who was last seen in Housefull 3 in 2016 is super kicked about working with Anurag Kashyap and promises he is going to see more often now onwards.
