Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty teamed up for the laughter riot of a film, Hera Pheri back in the year 2000. The film, directed by Priyadarshan, is still loved by fans. Over the years, Hera Pheri has developed a cult fan following of its own. The sequel titled Phir Hera Pheri was also a hit among the fans. One of the best things about the franchise is Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty's amazing comic timing and of course, our very own Paresh Rawal as Babu Bhaiyya. 

Though, Akshay and Suniel have worked in a number of films togther, both prior to and post the 2000 release Hera Pheri, they're most loved for the comedy film. Over the years, their friendship only seems to have matured like fine wine. 

Looks like the duo recently happened to bump into each other and ended up spending some quality time with each other. We thank Akshay Kumar for capturing the moment in a selfie and sharing it with his fans. 

The actor took to his Instagram account to share the selfie with Suniel. Both the actors can be seen acing the salt and pepper look. Akshay captioned the picture writing, "This is not a throwback but takes me back to so many. As always was lovely catching up with one of my oldest friend and co-star @suniel.shetty today."
