"Veere Di Wedding music launch saw Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, Shikha Talsania, Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor decked up to their best. While the bad lip-synching of the singers (Jasleen Royal, Badshah, Neha Kakkar among others) did leave the journalists appaled, the star cast and the producers of the show ensured we didn't leave the event empty-handed by flooding us with qoutable qoutes.
While everyone from Ekta, Rhea to Swara were on fire it was Kareena's statements that made the loudest noise.

1 ) 'I am not a Feminist'
Well, I believe in equality. I won't say I am a feminist. I would say I am woman. Above all, I am a human being. I am as proud to be known as Saif Ali Khan's wife as I am to be Kareena Kapoor. So, that's just the way I am.
2 ) 'Sonam kept banging into us'
Sonam (Kapoor), kept banging into us during the shoot of Bhangra Ta Sajda because of her long hands and legs. But, we had a great time.
3 ) Here's what Kareena said when a journalist asked her about her husband Saif's reaction on her song Tareefan
4 ) 'Throwing Sumeet (Vyas) off the moon was fun'
"It would have to be throwing Sumeet off the moon. I think that was quite funny. Because, I had never done that in my career. I have never had the opportunity to throw a hero off, from the moon. Thank You script-writers and Rhea for giving me this (opportunity). It's going to go down in history."
5 ) Kareena is feeling the pressure
"Sonam and Swara have given two blockbusters together. The pressure is entirely on us (Shikha and herself) now."
6 ) This one got the loudest hooting from the audience

7 ) Not, 'Kapoor girls', their whatsapp group is called 'Hot Mess'
Sonam said that she had been trying hard not to reveal the title of their infamous Whatsapp group all this while, but Kareena went ahead and the revealed the name at the music launch. Contrary to the belief of it being named Kapoor girls, it's called 'Hot Mess'. Rhea however refused to deny or confirm the same.
As if all these fiery statements were not enough, Bebo even performed on Tareefan during the event, which is by the way her personal favourite from the album.

Talking about the film, producer Rhea Kapoor said in a statement, “Our film ‘Veere Di Wedding’ is a revolt against labels stereotyping women.” The film also features Sumeet Vyas and Neena Gupta in pivotal roles and is slated to release on June 1st this year.
