Deepika Padukone chose a sultry red gown for her second appearance at biggest night of New York. The 'Padmaavat' star slayed in a Prabal Gurung gown with a thigh-high slit at 'the event, often referred to as the 'Oscars of fashion'. Unlike her last year's appearance where Deepika played safe with her outfit, this time the actress chose a dramatic outfit and looked uber hot. With the bold colour making a huge style statement and no heavy jewellery and just a pair of diamond danglers with red matching peep toes, Queen Padukone let her attire do all the talking. Deepika also let go off her centre partition as she chose a different hairstyle for the event.
The theme for this year's Met Gala was 'Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination'. In consideration with it, headpieces were the highlights from the night.
