Saif Ali Khan and his begum Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with their son Taimur are off for their much-awaited vacation to London.
After making a superhit comeback to the movies with Veere Di Wedding, Kareena is headed for a much-needed break. The actress along with her baby Taimur was spotted at the Mumbai airport last night, while Saif joined the two on Thursday morning. Nawab of Pataudi has been busy shooting for his upcoming film 'Hunter'.
According to a source close to the couple, the London tour is going to be of a good 15 days. During an interaction with Mirror, the source revealed, “They are taking off on a 15-day holiday to London this week. They will also be travelling through Europe during their vacation." The source also said that Saif was shooting for 16-18 hours a day to complete the schedule before the family holiday.
Both Saif Ali Khan and Kareena believe that it is essential for them to spend quality time with each other and Taimur and hence this long pending vacation. Last month, the couple had to cut short their London trip to attend Sonam Kapoor's wedding. Saif had earlier mentioned in one of the interviews how vital he thinks spending time with Taimur is. He said, “It’s important to spend some time with the family. In fact, it’s crucial that Kareena and I spend as much time as we can with Taimur. He’s really young and this is the time when we need to be around him. So, we’ll take off once we’re done with our work in June.”
