Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor

Ishaan Katter protected co-star Janhvi Kapoor from a persistent man who wanted a selfie with them, after a promotional activity in a mall.

Speculations about something cooking between Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khatter and film producer Boney Kapoor's daughter Janhvi Kapoor have been doing the rounds ever since the duo started prepping for their Bollywood debut film Dhadak. Now that they've started promoting their film and are being spotted in public more often, there is a visible chemistry between the two which is hard to miss.

Since the time the two young actors started shotting for their debut film Dhadak, there has been a spark between the two. While many of us are convinced that Ishaan and Janhvi are dating, the duo haven't opened up about it yet. Be it as co-stars, friends or lovers, the two are always together, and it is evident that Ishaan takes special care of Janhvi. He makes sure that his love-interest in the film is never awkward or upset.

Remember how he comforted her during the trailer launch of Dhadak, when Janhvi was asked about her mother Sridevi? A similar concern reflected on Ishaan's face recently.

During the promotion of their upcoming film, the on-screen couple visited a mall. After wrapping up their promotional activity, when the two were walking out of the mall something displeasing happened. Janhvi and Ishaan were mobbed by fans and followers for selfies. Both of them obliged, but this particular person even after clicking a picture was not ready to budge.

He kept on following them, asking for more photographs. He wanted to take a selfie with Janhvi. This is when Ishaan took the matter in his hand. He decided to be the knight in shining aromour and shielded her while escorting her to the car.

He made sure that she is comfortably seated inside the car, before leaving her side. He even signalled her to leave, and probably also said that he shall follow. Gentleman, isn't he?
