'Not giving up': Kareena Kapoor Khan is nine months pregnant and 'going strong'

Kareena Kapoor Khan is all set to welcome her second child anytime soon. But that hasn't stopped the actor from completing her professional commitments. On Thursday, Kareena has been shooting and the actor along with her team shared a few glimpses of the same on their Instagram pages. Bebo is looking pretty as ever in an aqua blue maxi dress with trumpet sleeves which have frills at the hem. 

Kareena took to her Instagram page and shared a Boomerang video with a caption stating, "Nine months and going strong #NotGivingUp #FunTimes #BTS."

Earlier during an interaction with IANS, Kareena revealed the importance of keeping herself busy during pregnancy. She said, "I feel it's very important to keep oneself busy during pregnancy. It helps you turn off your worries and have a more comfortable pregnancy. I have always led a very active lifestyle and I just can't change that about myself just because I am pregnant. I would say do what makes you happy for a healthy pregnancy. If working makes you happy, then you should do it."

Talking about her fitness routine during the second pregnancy, the actor told the media agency, "I have been doing a lot of yoga. Pre-natal yoga is helping me power through my pregnancy. Working out during pregnancy has multiple benefits. It relieves stress, battles mood swings, strengthens immunity, and prepares your body for delivery."

On welcoming the second child, Kareena shared, "I guess I am more prepared and confident this time around. I was quite nervous and jittery since I was going to turn a mother for the first time. This time around, I am way calmer and thankfully, I am not going berserk yet."
