On Saturday, July 6, Kill earned Rs 2 crore, taking its two-day net collection to Rs 3.25 crore, as per the entertainment tracking portal Sacnilk. The film, written and directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat and produced by Karan Johar and Guneet Monga under their banners Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment, has received extremely positive reviews from audiences and critics.

Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan-starrer epic dystopian sci-fi drama has been storming the box office in its second weekend also. As per Sacnilk, the Nag Ashwin directorial has already earned Rs 760 crore globally (Rs 800 crore as per producers) and its Hindi dubbed version has also collected more than Rs 200 crore in India.

Coming back to Kill, even before its release, the film's Hollywood remake was announced by Lionsgate and 87Eleven Entertainment, the producers of the John Wick franchise. Kill has been making headlines in the global film circuit since its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival last year.
