Earlier this morning, Salman Khan teased a still from the debut film of his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma and debutante Warina Hussain and announced that the first teaser of Loveratri will be out in the afternoon. As promised, the Loveratri teaser was dropped by the actor at sharp 3 pm and going by the looks of it, it's joyous, vibrant and all things love.
The song in the backdrop, Salman Khan's narration and the oh-so-colourful frames of the film instantly grab your attention in its teaser. Salman shares that Loveratri is a tale of love which just happens when you least expect it.
The one minute long teaser shows us glimpses of how Sushrut (Aayush) and Manisha (Warina) first meet during the festival of Navratri in Gujarat and probably fall for each other over a round of Garba dance. We also see the leads taking the Garba moves to London from Gujarat in the teaser. The song Hey Naam Rey from the film Suhaag has been reprised for Loveratri and we're already loving it from the little of it that we hear in the teaser.
The typical flavours of Gujarat and especially the popular Garba dance and dandiya during the festivities of Navratri, are pretty much splattered throughout the teaser. For once, we're glad that there aren't any shocking twists or turns showcased in the teaser of a film. It seems like a beautiful journey of two hearts, meeting and falling in love, celebrating it at the same time.
The official description of the films reads, "Loveratri is a contemporary love story of Sushrut and Manisha, which revolves around the festival of Navratri," and the teaser pretty much embodies that same spirit.
