There are many such stars in Bollywood whose initial films were hits and they enjoyed stardom but were soon labelled as flops. Today, we will tell you about one such actor who started his own business after many flop films and now owns companies worth crores.

We are talking about none other than veteran actor Suresh Oberoi's son Vivek Oberoi who entered the film industry in the early 2000s. Many of his films like 'Company', and 'Saathiya' were hits but then his films did not work at the box office and he was declared a flop.

Let us tell you that Vivek Oberoi made his debut with Ram Gopal Varma's 'Company' which made him an overnight star. Made for Rs 9.5 crore, the film went on to earn Rs 25.02 crore at the box office.

When he stopped getting work in films, Vivek Oberoi tried his hand at business and became successful there. Recently, in an interview, Vivek Oberoi also revealed that his father had made him a businessman at the age of 10.

Vivek Oberoi revealed that his father trained him to become an entrepreneur even before he started training as an actor. The actor said that when he was in school, every summer vacation his father would bring some goods and encouraged Vivek to sell them using his skills.

In the interview with Aaj Tak, Vivek Oberoi said, "The day school ended, the next day my father would bring some products. It could be electronics, perfume, many things. He would say that these total goods are worth Rs 2000. How much can you take out of it? If I took goods worth Rs 1000, then whatever I made on top of it would be mine, and I would return Rs 1000 to my father. I was 10 years old at that time."

Vivek Oberoi said that he started learning to maintain accounts from that age. He further added, "If you go to sell on your bicycle, how much money do you save? If you take an auto, how much do you spend? So I had a discipline for this and it kept increasing every year. My father used to make me do this every year until I was 15-16 years old."

Vivek Oberoi said children of his age usually spend all their time playing but he learned to earn money and "all this character building happened because of my father." He further said, "Since the age of 15, I have never taken anything from my father except blessings."

Vivek Oberoi is the owner of many companies today. The actor, who charges around Rs 3 crore to Rs 4 crore for a project, has an estimated net worth of $15 million (approximately Rs 124.69 crore), according to media reports.

Recently, Vivek Oberoi was seen with Shilpa Shetty and Sidharth Malhotra in the Rohit Shetty-directed OTT series 'Indian Police Force'.

As for his personal life, Vivek Oberoi's only high-profile relationship was with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. However, the couple broke up in 2005.

In October 2010, Vivek Oberoi then married Priyanka Alva, daughter of Karnataka minister Jeevaraj Alva, in Bangalore. The couple are parents to a son and a daughter.
