When Prashant spent hours getting the prosthetics right
In the film, when SRK appeared in his bald avatar, before the shoot, Prashant had to spend 3-4 hours to get the look right. While speaking to Aaj Tak, Prashant revealed that he got rashes and boils as he would have to stay in the look for 10-12 hours and the shoot of bald avatar scenes were shot on alternative days.
When Prashant got choked while shooting an action scene
During the metro hijack scene, Prashant had to perform a major chunk of the stunt. In the conversation, Prashant said "I was involved in numerous scenes, especially those wide-angle shots. One memorable scene involved smoke on a train where Shah Rukh Khan’s character emerges, firing bullets from his hands. I was responsible for performing that sequence. Atlee ji, our director, instructed me to complete the scene since the actor’s face wasn’t entirely visible. While it was an exciting scene to shoot, the heavy smoke caused me to choke. The smoke lingered in my system for about four to five days, making it difficult for me to speak.”
Prashant also revealed how they used to shoot double-role scenes in the film. In the same interview, Prashant said, "When he (SRK) was in a young getup, I was in the form of old Shah Rukh. Whereas when he became old, I had to take the getup of young. So that only his close-up shot can be done with the camera. Shah Rukh’s looks in this film were quite different, due to which we had to prepare daily. Only two looks were shot in a day."
