Gippy's struggle in Canada

Gippy and his wife Ravneet had struggled a lot during their initial years in Canada. While speaking to Film Companion, Gippy recalled their humble beginning and said, "I went and got the job of a security guard, threw newspapers in the morning, then we used to clean public toilets in the mall and mob the floor. My wife used to clean those trays in the food court. But now after hearing this, we feel like, these are hard jobs, but people do them regularly. Our Punjabi brothers and sisters do this. The whole world does it, I also did it and I liked it very much.”
