Now, the NCB will produce Dipesh in front of the court and will seek his remand too.

The NCB has not yet sent any summons to Rhea Chakraborty for questioning due to court proceedings that went on all day.

One of the main reasons behind not sending summons to Rhea is that the NCB will be busy in the court proceedings till evening, and according to the Supreme Court's guideline, no woman can be interrogated after sunset. Therefore, the NCB has not yet sent any summons for interrogating the Jalebi actor.

NCB is likely to sebd summons to Rhea on Sunday, following which she could  be asked to present herself for interrogation on Monday morning.

The NCB has collected enough substantial evidence which could lead to the agency arresting Rhea in the drugs case.

The NCB will produce domestic help Dipesh Sawant in front of the court on Sunday, and seek his remand. In the coming days, the agency will also consider applications of those who want to become government witnesses. The main target of NCB are all those big fishes who handle the drug supply network in Bollywood.
