Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan have been receiving a lot of backlash for their version of 'Coolie No 1', especially from Govinda fans. Amidst the reviews, a user shared a video from the David Dhawan-directed film.
The scene - a train scene - has been catching the netizens' attention for all the wrong reasons.
The users are unable to wrap their head around the science (physics) and logic in the train sequence, which sees Varun Dhawan swoop in as a hero and save a child. In the scene, Varun travels from the roof of the train to the tracks, and takes the kid with him sideways so they both can stay safe.
On seeing the scene, a user was reminded of the time he was playing 'Subway Surfers', a game where you have to dodge the train while running on the roof of the train and tracks, and collect rewards.
Another Twitterati was concerned that 'The Flash', a superhero with superspeed, could be at the risk of losing his job. The other netizens simply called him a 'living legend' in sarcasm.
One user even sent in another suggestion for the writers. He said that instead of the whole stunt, Varun could just climb into the bogie and pull the chain to stop the train.
Here's the scene and some of the reactions:
