Priyamani shares major update on her, Manoj Bajpayee-starrer The Family Man Season 3: ‘We will start shoot…’

Priyamani shares a major update on her and Manoj Bajpayee-starrer The Family Man Season 3.

The Family Man starring Priyamani and Manoj Bajpayee was a hit series and the fans are now waiting for season 3 of the movie. Recently, the actress shared a major update on the third season and revealed when they will start shooting. 

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, when asked about the third season of The Family Man, Priyamani said, “I think just yesterday Raj sir and DK sir they’ve made an announcement saying season three is going to come out soon so wait and watch (laughs).” 

The actress further added, “I did meet them when they were working on Farzi, I don’t think I met them when they were working on Citadel, but I saw them when they were working for Farzi. And, so we were going on asking him, sir when is the season three coming out, he said, soon…soon…soon…so I'm sure, I think we’re going to be starting shoot quite next year.” 

The Family Man is a web series helmed by Raj & DK 

Priyamani is currently enjoying the success of her recent release Jawan which also stars Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Nayanthara. The film also features Sanya Malhotra, Aaliyah Qureshi, Lehar Khan, and others in key roles. The film has broken several box office records and continues to have a successful run in theatres. Helmed by Atlee, the action-thriller has collected Rs 922.55 crore worldwide at the box office and Rs 526.78 at the domestic box office. 

Priyamani will be next seen in Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan. Talking about the same, the actress shared her experience of working with the actor and told Pinkvilla, “Oh it was phenomenal. See, your definition of period film and my definition could be a little different but by period this is set in the 60s but we're not dressed like the Maharaja thing because that for me is a periodical film. Yeah, so it is set in the 60s 70s I think, or 50s and 60s. It's been phenomenal. I loved working with Ajay Sir with Amit.”
