Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone ensure that they give us couple goals like never before! Deepika recently kissed Ranveer when he went down on his knee for the gorgeous diva at an awards function. Ranveer Singh, who went on a commenting spree when his ladylove attended the Cannes Film Festival last year, is back in action.
Deepika Padukone on Monday revealed the first look of her upcoming film 'Chhapaak' and she instantly found a fan in hubby Ranveer Singh. Ranveer jumped at the opportunity to comment on her look and wrote some sweet words like 'proud of you baby'. "Astonishing! What a remarkable prospect! I love you! Go get em," commented the 'Padmaavat' actor right after Deepika shared the first look from her movie.
Deepika took almost a year to come out with the project. After working in 'Padmaavat', she tied the knot with Ranveer Singh on November 14-15 last year. The actress began shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Sapna Didi' but the project was put to a halt mid-way owing to Irrfan Khan's health issues.
Since then all Deepika fans waited for her to announce her next project. Seeing the actress play the role of an acid-attack survivor Malti through her first look, these fans were left astonished. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, 'Chhapaak' is the story of an acid-attack survivor. The story is believed to be inspired by real-life inspiration Laxmi Agarwal.
Produced by Fox Star Studios, Deepika Padukone’s KA Entertainment and Meghna Gulzar’s Mriga Films, the film is slated to release on January 10, 2020. It releases along with Ajay Devgn's 'Tanhaji'.
