Kashmir seems to be Salman Khan's favourite location to shoot films in India. After shooting for the climax of 2016 film Bajrangi Bhaijaan in the valley, Salman Khan is back in the valley along with Jacqueline Fernandez to shoot for Remo D'Souza film 'Race 3'. The state government is happy to have him back and 4even met the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti this time. Producer Ramesh Taurani posted the picture of their meeting on Twitter and wrote, “We thank the Chief Minister Madam Mehbooba Mufti for welcoming us in Kashmir for the Final Lap of #Race3 with @BeingSalmanKhan #Race3InKashmir #Race3ThisEid.”
While the lead actress Jacqueline is missing in the picture, Salman along with his bodyguard Shera, producer Ramesh Taurani and others are seen with Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.
According to the reports, Salman, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Race 3 team will stay in Kashmir to shoot a couple of scenes and few portions of Allah Duhai Hai song in Srinagar before they fly off to Leh, Ladakh. This is the final leg of shooting for Salman Khan's Eid 2018 release and the team is expected to wrap up the shoot in Leh. Apart from exotic locales around the world, Race 3 also will capture the beautiful locations such as Srinagar and Leh.
Salman Khan and his team was also provided with environment-friendly battery operated vehicles to shoot in the area around Thajiwas glaciers.

Race 3 consist of an ensemble star cast including Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem and Daisy Shah.
Produced by Salman Khan Films and Ramesh Taurani under the banner of Tips Films, Race 3 is directed by Remo D'souza and will hit theatres on 15th June, 2018.
