The gorgeous and perhaps the fittest superstar mom, Neetu Kapoor, will turn 60 on July 8. And even as we were pondering on what the Kapoors were planning to do for her on this special occasion, one hears that the khandaan (Rishi, Riddhima Kapoor-Sahni and Ranbir) is planning to bring in Neetu’s big day in Paris.
Our source said, “Rishi is in charge of all the arrangements. He will personally look into everything, including the birthday itinerary.” What exactly the family has planned for Neetu is being kept hush-hush in order to keep the element of surprise intact. But one has heard that the ’80s superstar will fly to London on June 30 a day after Ranbir’s Sanju releases. She will vacation with her daughter Riddhima, her son-in-law Bharat and her granddaughter, Samara, for five days. Post this, she will go to Paris. Ranbir, who is likely to be shooting in Bulgaria with Ayan Mukerji, will travel to the French capital in time for his mother’s birthday. And Rishi is expected to fly out from Mumbai around July 6 with his mother Krishna Raj Kapoor.
We hear, Neetu had just one wish. She wanted her mother-in-law to be with her when she blew out the candles on her landmark birthday. And, we’re guessing, the matriarch of the Kapoor family has consented to be present.
