Netflix India has dropped the trailer of Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte and Nawazuddin Siddhique starrer web series 'Sacred Games'. Based on Vikram Chandra's best-selling novel by the same name, the series is based in the dark underbelly of Mumbai.

The trailer gives a glimpse into the storyline where calm and composed Saif Ali Khan plays a cop Sartaj Singh who gets challenged by gangster Ganesh Gaitonde to save his city in the next 25 days. No over the top dialogue delivery, no melodrama here, the gripping storyline is backed by its talented ensemble cast and catchy background score. While Nawaz's character challenges Saif to save his city, the cop gets suspended by his own department. Radhika Apte's character asks him to join on the mission which appears to be one thrilling round of cat and mouse chase. From the world of glamour to corruption in the system, Sacred Games shows Mumbai and all different aspects of the city.

After Kalaakanadi, Saif Ali Khan continues to make hatke choices at work with Sacred Games once again. Reminding us of 'Raman Raghav', Nawazzudin looks like a pro playing a character who feels like God.

The actors have shot on real locations in Mumbai for the show which delves into the city's intricate web of organised crime, corruption, politics and espionage. Produced in partnership Phantom Films, will be available will be available on Netflix and streaming in more than 190 countries.
