Salman Khan

Once Salman Khan returns from his US-Canada tour, the superstar is expected to dive straight into the two films

Race 3 is over. And Salman Khan is now concentrating on his Da-Bangg The Tour-Reloaded that heads to US-Canada, for which he will be accompanied by Katrina Kaif, Sonakshi Sinha, Daisy Shah and some other artistes. When he returns, he will have the set of superhit director Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat waiting for him. His leading lady in the film is Priyanka Chopra, while his sister will be played by Disha Patani. Some reports suggest that Tabu is also a part of the stellar cast.

The movie, which is reportedly inspired by the Korean film, Ode To My Father, involves a time leap for which Salman is expected to age. Also, most of the work for this film will be done indoors; on lavish sets made at suitable locations across India. Our source says, “In between the shooting of Bharat, Salman is expected to start filming for Dabangg 3, which is being produced by his brother Arbaaz Khan and directed by Prabhudheva, who is also accompanying him to his overseas concerts. His new schedule will be like the one he followed earlier in his career when Salman actually shot for two or more films simultaneously.”

Besides Bharat and Dabangg 3, the superstar has confirmed two other projects. He told us, “I will also be doing Sher Khan.” The actor added that he had also been approached by Sanjay Leela Bhansali for a film. “But the script is still being worked on,” he informed. “At some point, Sanjay and I will discuss things,” he admitted. Guess with such a tight schedule — not to forget his television commitments — it does appear like Salman will barely have time to look up.
