The team of Ronnie Screwvala's upcoming film Son Chiriya, starring Bhumi Pednekar and Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead, completed the last schedule of the film recently.
Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, the film showcases Bhumi and Sushant in a never-seen-before avatars. While Sushant’s first look from Son Chiriya was revealed earlier this year, Bhumi took to Twitter to share her first look post the film’s wrap.

Known to have chosen films like Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Toilet Ek Prem Katha and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, Bhumi’s transformation into a fierce woman from Chambal is bold and menacing. In the photo, Bhumi is seen carrying a gun on her shoulder and her cold stare look is nothing but authoritative.
Meanwhile, Bhumi on Sunday shared a photo from the film’s set on social media and wrote, “And it’s a wrap. So special Son Chiriya.”
Son Chiriya also stars Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles as the film presents a rooted tale set in Chambal.
