Sunny Deol has created mayhem at the box office, and his latest film, Gadar 2 has made a new record, that was not achieved even by the biggest blockbusters of Bollywood.

Sunny Deol-starrer Gadar 2 is on a spree of breaking multiple box office records. The family action drama has won the masses across the world, and within 6 days of its release, Anil Sharma-directed has earned the status of an all-time blockbuster.

As per the huge box office collection and the upward trend of the film, Gadar 2 has created a new record. The film has set a new benchmark that even the biggest of Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan or any other actor's blockbuster would have achieved. As Sacnilk reported, Gadar 2 becomes the first Bollywood film to earn 30+ crore in six consecutive days.

As per the official figures, Gadar 2 scored Rs 40.10 crore on August 11, followed by Rs 43.08 crore on August 12, Rs 51.70 crore on August 13, Rs 38.70 crore on August 14, Rs 55.4 crore on Independence Day (August 15). Now, on its sixth day, August 16, Gadar 2 earned Rs 32.37 crores in India. Thus, Gadar 2 becomes the first film to earn more than Rs 30 crores on six consecutive days.

Before Gadar 2, only Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan and Salman Khan's Sultan earned more than Rs 30 crores for straight five days. As per the early estimates, Sunny Deol-starrer is expected to earn Rs 30 crore on its seventh day as well, and this will also create another record.

Along with Sunny Deol, the movie features stellar performances by Ameesha Patel, Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur, Manish Wadhwa, and Gaurav Chopra in pivotal roles. Gadar 2 is directed by Anil Sharma and produced by Zee Studios, Anil Sharma Productions and M M Moviez. Gadar 2 was released in cinemas with Akshay Kumar's OMG 2, and both movies are performing well at the box office.
