Life comes a full circle for Salman Khan's co-star in 'Race 3' who reveals that she was one of the background dancers of 'Race' 10 years ago

Salman Khan's star-studded film 'Race 3' is all set to hit theaters this Friday. But did you know? Anil Kapoor is not the only actor who has been associated with 'Race franchise in the past as Daisy Shah was also a part of the first release in the franchise.

Daisy Shah, who started off her career in Bollywood as an assistant dance in choreographer Ganesh Acharya's team is humbled to become one of the leading ladies of 'Race 3' now. In an interview to IANS, the actress said,  "When I look at the film's poster, I feel so surreal thinking about my journey. I was one of the assistant dancers of 'Race' 10 years ago, and now I am one of the lead actors of 'Race 3', where I have got a chance to share screen space with some of the legends of our country like Anil Kapoor and Salman Khan. I am overwhelmed."

Before 'Race 3', Daisy Shah has worked in Salman Khan film 'Tere Naam' as a dancer and made her acting debut opposite him in 'Jai Ho' in 2014. The actress feels she has been lucky in a lot of ways. She told the news agency, "I started from zero, really. It is about meeting the right people at the right time that makes you go where you do. And I know that in our industry, everyone works hard but not everyone gets recognition. Perhaps that is why I am quite compassionate towards people on a film set, including technicians...because I know I was one of them a while ago."

In 'Race 3', Daisy Shah will be seen in the role of Sanjana, a strong-headed extrovert woman whose dialogue "Our business is our business, none of your business" has also gone viral. The 33 year old actress is overwhelmed by the response and said Salman Khan is the happiest man to witness that craze. She said, "We never thought that this dialogue would be taken by the audience so well. It's really fun when people give their own version to my dialogue. It has also seeped into my house like if I have a conversation with my sister, she is like, 'Dude, it is my business none of your business'. I am like ok fine," she said.

Produced by Salman Khan Films and Ramesh Taurani 'Race 3' also stars Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem, Jacqueline Fernandez and Anil Kapoor in the lead.
