Ace filmmaker S. Shankar, who is nothing less than a visionary, is on his toes to create the best VFX experience for the audience in his upcoming magnum opus 2.0.
The sci-fi film which has been in the news since its inception, was expected to release last year in Diwali.
However, due to the incompletion of VFX, the film's release has been postponed several times.
But looks like now the film is ready and hence, the makers are teasing us with the posters to raise our excitement for the the sequel of Enthiran aka Robot.
On Monday, Akshay Kumar, who will play the antagonist in the film, shared a news on his Instagram account, which will blow your mind.
He shared the poster of 2.0 and wrote that $75 million dollars has been spent on the VFX of the film, which comes to Rs 544 crore.
Yes, you read that right! The makers of the film have spect a whopping Rs 544 crore on the VFX of the film!

2.0, which happens to be the most expensive Indian film so far, is also the first venture in the country which is completely shot in 3D.
So far, we are blown by the out of the box marketing strategies, including the posters on Hot air balloon tour to the lavish audio launch event in Dubai.
The teaser of the film will be released on September 13 on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, while the film is set to hit the screens on November 29.
The film also stars superstar Rajinikanth.
