Thanks to some haters, the actress is once again at the target of trolls, who took the Lok Sabha Elections poll in Mumbai as an opportunity to hit out at Swara Bhasker for her self-pleasing scene in the film.
While on one hand a large number of Mumbaikars, including Bollywood celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, the Bachchan family, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Hrithik Roshan among others, have come out to cast their vote, a man and a woman came out on the streets to slut shame Swara Bhasker for her Veere Di Wedding masturbation scene.
The two were seen holding placards in their hands which read, "This election, don’t be like Swara Bhasker, use your finger wisely. Vote Wisely!” This of course didn't go unnoticed. Swara, who's known not to give two cents to the trolls hit back at them in the best way ever.
Swara took to her Twitter account and wrote,"Awwwwwww!!!!! My trolls are hard at work again, sweating it out in the heat to popularise my name.. You guys are SO dedicated & sweet!!! Don’t mind the slut-shaming guys.. their imagination is a bit limited.. but loving the effort you two”
