The day has finally arrived! Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanjay Dutt biopic - Sanju, has hit the theatres and by far, it's gathering immense appreciation. Ranbir has been hailed for his performance in the Dutt biopic. But looks like the much awaited Rajkumar Hirani film too has joined the list of those affected by online piracy. If recent reports are to be believed, then Sanju has been leaked online. Several netizens have shared the screenshots of the torrent link to download Sanju.
As per a report on the Indian Express, a Twitter user has also claimed that an HD print of Sanju has also been leaked. As the movie hits the theatres on Friday, the movie being leaked on the very first day of its release may adversely affect its box office numbers.
Soon after the news of Sanju being leaked online broke, the fans of Ranbir Kapoor took to social media to urge others not to promote piracy and make an effort to got to the theatres to watch the film. Some of the Tweeple are also of the view that the fans of Salman Khan are responsible for spreading the rumour of Sanju being leaked.

Earlier too several films have been a victim of online piracy. Rajinikanth's Kaala too was leaked online in just a day after its release. Other Bollywood movies that were leaked online include, Udta Punjab and Great Grand Masti among others.
Sanju is a biopic on the life and times of Sanjay Dutt. It has been directed by Rajkumar Hirani and has hit the theatres this Friday.
