As Akshay Kumar turned 56 on Saturday (September 9), his fans across India, also known as Akkians have celebrated their idol's birthday by serving humanity. Akshay's fans from different parts of India have volunteered for humanitarian services and distributed food, clothes, and essentials to orphanages, NGOs, and homeless people. 

In Bihar Akkians extended their support to the homeless by distributing food packets, and offering sustenance and hope to those in need. In Odisha, actor's fans chose to make a difference in the lives of orphans by distributing food at a local orphanage, spreading smiles among the young hearts. In Kolkata, fans paid homage to Akshay Kumar through a puja at Kalighat Mandir, a touching gesture that reflects their deep admiration.

Kumar's fans in Bengal organized cake-cutting ceremonies and distributed sweets, food, and books to underprivileged children. Kolhapur contributed significantly by providing one month's worth of ration to an orphanage, ensuring that the children have a stable source of nutrition. In Pune, Akshay's fans celebrated their idol's birthday at an old age home. They even organised blood donation drive for thalassemia patients,
