Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's wedding which took place in December 2018, is considered as one of the most beautiful ceremonies anybody has witnessed. The couple tied the knot in Italy away from the media scrutiny and it was definitely a beautiful surprise to many. When Virat and Anushka completed one year of togetherness as a married couple, they took to their social media pages and shared photos and videos from their wedding. People again couldn't stop gushing over the gorgeous couple.

Earlier, talking about Virat during an interaction with Filmfare, Anushka stated, "Everything is real. Also, the fact that we both support each other. He’s someone, who’s constantly trying to get better professionally and as an individual. I’m also like that. We don’t take ourselves so seriously. We’re similar people. That’s why we get along."
When they celebrated their first wedding anniversary, Virat wrote on Instagram, "Can't believe it's been a year already because it feels like it happened just yesterday. Time has truly flown by. Happy anniversary to my best friend and my soulmate.Mine forever @anushkasharma"
Currently, the Indian skipper is leading the IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore and they played their first match against Chennai Super Kings.
