Rana was last seen in special appearances in the films N.T.R: Kathanayakudu and N.T.R: Mahanayakudu. We got a glimpse of him as a tribal man in the trailer of Housefull 4.
A while back, Rana took to his Instagram page and shared a photo promoting a brand. In the photo, the handsome hunk is seen wearing a purple T-Shirt and heavy bearded look. But the comments on his post spoke otherwise. Netizens started commenting on his look and asked if he is unwell as he is donning a leaner look. One of the users asked, "Looking sick ..all good??", while another wrote, "Why do u look Sick ????"

Earlier, Rana released a statement addressing rumours of his health issue. He stated, "I think there was enough speculated about it (kidney transplant), and I am tired of clarifying too that I am absolutely fine and healthy. So I think rumours on my health are now a boring topic. Whenever I leave Hyderabad, people get apprehensive, but I am thankful for the love and the concern people have been showering on me."
