DNA After Hrs was the first to report that Mrunal Thakur might bag Vikas Bahl film. And now it's out in the open,TV bahu known as Bulbul from Kumkum Bhagya is playing Hrithik Roshan's wife in Super 30.
The duo have kicked off the shoot of the much talked about biopic on mathematician Anand Kumar, titled ‘Super 30’ in Varanasi. In a statement to Mumbai Mirror, a source revealed, “The shoot started after 2pm on Tuesday with a pooja sequence on the banks of Ganga. After that, Hrithik and Mrunal filmed at Ramnagar fort. A part of the fort has been converted to look like a coaching institute for the shoot.” It’s now confirmed that the popular TV actress Mrunal Thakur will be making her debut in the film. We also found some pics of the television actress shooting for the film with Roshan.
Last year, she was signed for the Indo-American film Love Sonia made by Life Of Pi producer David Womark. Since then, the actress has been noticed by many production houses including Yash Raj Films.
Earlier rumour mills were abuzz about Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan being seen opposite Hrithik Roshan in his next titled Super 30. in 2017, Katrina Kaif's picture with Anand had also gone viral hinting at her playing a role in the biopic. However, it was soon clarified that wasn’t the case.
Super 30 by mathematician Anand Kumar has been a revolutionary move on the educational front, the math genius trains 30 deserving, economically backward students for IIT-JEE the entrance exams of IIT each year with commendable success rate. Super 30 is slated to release on 25th January 2019 and is one of the highly-anticipated film next year.
