Bollywood's Shehanshah, Amitabh Bachchan never misses to wish his collegues on their birthday. He often sends personalised hand-written notes and bouquet of flowers for everyon'e birthday and makes it a special day. Anushka Sharma turned 30 on May 1 and everyone including Big B wished her but when he didn't get a reply to his personalised text message, the superstar decided to wish her on Twitter.
On Tuesday, Anushka Sharma had 'best birthday' celebration with husband Virat Kohli in Bengaluru and on the next day decided to thank everyone for their birthday wishes on social media. But it was her converstaion with Big B that stole our attention. As Bachchan senior not just wished Anushka on her birthday but even complimented her for looking radiant while cheering for hubby dear at IPL match in Bengaluru.
He wrote, "@AnushkaSharma .. Anushka .. this is Amitabh Bachchan @Srbachchan .. wished you on May 1st via sms .. no response .. checked they said you changed number .. sent greetings again .. love and wishes .. you looked radiant at the IPL game last night "
Anushka replied to his tweet by posting: "Thank you so much Sir, for remembering my birthday and sending your kind wishes! (Responding to your sms as I tweet this) (sic)."
Mind it, this isn't the first time an actor from the film fraternity has missed Big B's birthday message. Sonam Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty and many others were also reminded on social media by Amitabh Bachchan himself.
