Zareen Khan expresses disappointment with Lilavati Hospital; shares 'no help provided to my grandfather'

In a long video, Zareen Khan expressed her disappointment with Lilavati Hospital after a 'disturbing' experienced she faced. The actor took to her Instagram page and shared a video in which she is explaining how her 87-year-old grandfather had to be taken to the hospital after he was feeling extremely unwell. Zareen also revealed that this is the first time since lockdown started that her grandpa stepped out of the house.

In the video, the Veer actor explained how Lilavati Hospital authorities delayed in treating her grandfather who was in miserable pain. She revealed that he had to undergo multiple tests of COVID-19 despite his oxygen level and body temperature being normal. Zareen also said that the authorities were slightly rude to her too and wasn't paying heed to her requests. 

She is heard saying, "I used to hear only from friends that whatever happens, do not go to the hospital during this period. They have made it as a business. So I thought that I should share with you that my maternal grandfather is so old and needs treatment, yet they did not understand. What we are calling COVID warriors, in fact, when we need them, they are treating us like this."

She captioned the video stating, "Disappointed with @lilavatihospital.official! This happened last night. No help provided to my 87yr old grandfather who was in so much pain. #Shame #Disappointed #ZareenKhan."
