Aspirants spend day and night to crack the IIT entrance exam and secure a seat at any of the prestigious IITs. Here are some of the very successful and famous people of India who dropped out of the premium institute and still made it big in the world.

Well known for playing Balmukund Meena in the famous web series 'Kota Factory', Ranjan Raj has become a renowned face of the entertainment industry. Hailing from Bihar, Raj himself was an aspirant and studied to crack the IIT entrance exam. He even cleared the JEE on his second attempt and secured a seat at IIT Bombay. He dropped out of school to pursue his dream of becoming an actor.
