Walmart-owned Flipkart will start its biggest flagship sale, The Big Billion Days, from October 7 to 12, 2021, giving a chance for millions of sellers, small businesses and e-commerce ecosystem partners to come together and showcase their products. While Flipkart Plus members will be given early access to the sale, the e-commerce company has said non-Plus members can have early access by redeeming 50 earned SuperCoins on the Flipkart app.
Flipkart reportedly supports digital commerce for nearly 3,75 lakh sellers while it has onboarded 75,000 new sellers on its platform over the past months.
Chief Executive Kalyan Krishnamurthy while announcing the Big Billion Days, said, “Over the past year, in collaboration with our ecosystem partners, we’ve worked towards creating opportunities that revitalise consumer sentiment in these challenging times and revive India’s economic growth. Flipkart’s commitment to providing value to consumers, opportunities for growth for MSMEs, sellers and our lakhs of Kirana partners, and employment generation through e-commerce, goes to show how the country has embraced e-commerce over the past year and a half and The Big Billion Days is our way of giving back to the community and enthuse the festive spirit across the nation,” reported Business Standard.
Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2021
Flipkart has partnered with Axis Bank and ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards for the Big Billion Days Sale 2021. The e-commerce site will also offer its customers Assured Cashback through Wallet and UPI transactions while doing transactions via Paytm.
Offers on electronics
There will be a discount of up to 80 percent on electronics items and accessories, including big deals on laptops, as per reports. There will be up to 70 percent discount on home appliances, best-selling TVs and 50 percent on fridges.
There will be up to 40 percent discount on Acer laptops while 70 percent on smartwatches. Boat's audio products will be off up to 80 percent while Dizo items will be off up to 60 percent.
