Gold prices fell futher on Monday (March 22) in the Indian markets as the yellow metal registered a fall of Rs 100 per 100 gram. The price of 100 gram 22-carat Gold price on Monday is Rs 4,39,200, while 100 gram of 24-carat yellow metal is selling at Rs 4,49,200. The price of 10 gram of 22-carat Gold is Rs. 43,920, while, 10 gram of 24-carat Gold is priced at Rs 44,920.
It is to be noted that gold prices do vary due to the tax structure across states and cities. The gold price has been falling for the last three days.
