Hero Achiever 150 launched at Rs 62,800
The bikemaker has launched two variants of the bike -- the disc brake variant and the drum branks variant.
HeroMoto Corp has launched the Achiever 150 starting at Rs 61,800 (Drum Brakes variant) and Rs 62,800 (Disc Brake Variant) (both prices, ex-showroom, New Delhi).
The Hero Achiever gets a 13.4bhp BS IV compliant engine, capable of displacing 149.2cc and churning out 12.80 Nm of torque at 5,000rpm. The engine is mated to a five-speed gear.
It gets a 12.5 litre fuel tank and a ground clearance of 160mm and a seat height of 800 mm.
It's claimed maximum speed is 101kph and it gets a self start and a kick start option, Hero said on its website.
The Achiever is built in-house. The bike maker is slated to launch its first global motorcycle in January 2017 in Argentina.
