Reliance Retail, India's largest retailer, launched its fashion retail format, Yousta, with the inauguration of their first shop in Hyderabad's Sarath City Mall in yet another business move by Mukesh Ambani's daughter Isha Ambani-led Reliance Retail.

Affordable products under Rs 499

According to an official statement, Yousta delivers excellent fashion at reasonable pricing to youthful customers with modern technology-enabled retail layouts. For instance, all of the goods have a price below Rs 999, with most of them being under Rs 499. With reasonable costs, this will be marketed to people between the ages of 15 and 25.

Yousta is a youthful and vibrant brand that highlights a way of life that will develop and adapt with the youth of this nation, according to Akhilesh Prasad, President and CEO - Fashion and Lifestyle, Reliance Retail, who spoke about the launch.

"The team will continue to collaborate with India's youth to comprehend their changing fashion wants. Every day will be 'Day One' in terms of freshness and relevance. Yousta will not only give a voice to the youth but also give them the freedom to express themselves, because for us, they are absolute stars," he said.

According to a press release, Yousta's locations will have a variety of tech features, including charging stations, self-checkout counters, and displays with QR codes for information sharing. Customers may donate unwanted clothing at Yousta stores and have it utilised for community projects thanks to a partnership between the retailer and a nonprofit agency.

The brand's selection is now offered in its first location in Hyderabad and online through Ajio and JioMart. Yousta was introduced following the inauguration of two new shop formats by Reliance Retail in the previous year: premium fast-fashion stores under the brand Azorte and premium cosmetics stores under the name Tira. With a focus on a younger clientele, the business plans to compete against Tata Trent's Zudio, Pantaloons, and other similar brands.
