L&T subsidiary wins orders over Rs 2,400 crore from Oman firm

The subsidary of the company bagged orders worth Rs 2,456 crore from Petroleum Development Oman

Infrastructure firm Larsen and Toubro (L&T) on Monday said its subsidiary has bagged two orders worth Rs 370 million (Rs 2,456.24 crore) from Petroleum Development Oman.

"L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larson and Toubro India, has won two orders valued approximately Rs 370 million from Petroleum Development Oman LLC (PDO)," Larson and Toubro India said in a BSE filing.

It further said, "The new order wins include engineering, procurement and construction of Saih Nahaydah Depletion Compression Phase-2 (SNDC2) and Kauther Depletion Compression Phase 2 (KDC2) project.

The company added that LTHE has already executed three projects for Petroleum Development Oman.

Stock of Larsen and Toubro was trading at Rs 1,197.80, up 0.60%, from the previous close on BSE.
