While Radhika Merchant has been in the spotlight, Anjali Merchant Majithia is another name that has recently caught people's attention. Here's all you need to know about her.

Anjali Merchant Majithia is Radhika Merchant's sister. She is the eldest daughter of Encore Pharmaceuticals' CEO Viren Merchant and his wife Shaila Merchant, making her Radhika's elder sister.  

She originally belongs to Kutch, Gujarat, though she was born in Mumbai in 1989. She completed her schooling from the Cathedral and John Connon School followed by Ecole Mondiale World School. She jetted off to the United States thereafter, to obtain a BSc in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from Babson College in Massachusetts. Further cementing her education, Anjali went on to pursue an MBA from the London School of Business.

She also participated in a Semester at Sea program at the University of Virginia during her collegiate years. Her travels took her to Canada, Spain, Morocco, Ghana, South Africa, Mauritius, Singapore, Vietnam, China, Japan, and the United States. The semester was also filled with many more experiences. These were significant periods in her professional development, not just fun vacations.

Prior to joining the family firm, Anjali gained experience working for other people as well. Anjali completed internships at Publicis, an advertising agency, in 2006 and Merck, an organisation, in 2009. She began her third internship with KK Asher & Co. in 2010. She began working at Encore Healthcare in 2012 as a client outreach executive and marketing manager. In order to obtain more experience, she returned to the market in 2017 and took a marketing excellence internship with Bayer in Germany. Apart from her family, she has pursued personal business endeavours such as Turn the Campus and Dryfix, both of which are now closed. The latter, a high-end club focused exclusively on hair, opened its doors in 2018. She started working as a director for Mylon Metals and Encore Healthcare in 2021.

Anjali Mehta's net worth isn't publicly available, however, her father Viren Merchant has an estimated net worth of Rs 755 crore. EHPL’s overall worth is estimated to be around Rs 2000 crore.
