Billionaire businessman Pankaj Oswal was recently in news after he purchased a palatial house named Villa Vari for USD 200 million (around Rs 1,650 crore). The luxurious property which Pankaj Oswal has named after her daughters Vasundhra and Ridi is located in Switzerland. According to reports, Pankaj Oswal’s latest property is one of the top 10 most expensive homes in the world. The previous owner of Villa Vari, which is spread across 40,000 square meters, was the daughter of Greek businessman Aristotle Onassis.
According to reports, Pankaj Oswal had hired the services of renowned interior designer Jeffrey Wilkes to bring changes in the villa as per their taste. It is to be noted that Jeffrey Wilkes has worked on projects such as Oberoi Rajvilas, Oberoi Udaivilas, and the Leela Hotels.
Pankaj Oswal is the son of late business tycoon Abhay Kumar Oswal and he is married to Radhika Oswal. The couple has two daughters, 24-year-old Vasundhara and 19-year-old Ridi. The Oswals has an estimated net worth of USD 3 billion (Rs 247,000 crore).
The Oswal Group has several businesses, including petrochemicals, real estate, fertilizers, and mining across Africa, India, Australia, and Switzerland. The Oswal Group is also in bauxite mining business. Pankaj Oswal’s elder daughter Vasundhara Oswal has completed her graduation in finance from the University of Switzerland and is the executive director of PRO Industries PTE LTD and director general at Axis Minerals. On the other hand, Ridi is studying chemical engineering from a university in London.
