He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. Raghavan is widely recognized for his expertise, being a member of the National Academy of Engineering. He is also a Fellow of prestigious organizations such as the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
