Milestone Religare invests Rs312 million in hospital chain

The firm, a joint venture between Indian financial services firm Religare Enterprises and Milestone Capital, has made the investment through its private equity fund Build-Out Fund -1, it said in a statement.

Milestone Religare Investment Advisors said on Wednesday it has invested Rs312 million in HealthCare Global Enterprises, a Bangalore-headquartered chain of hospitals.

The firm, a joint venture between Indian financial services firm Religare Enterprises and Milestone Capital, has made the investment through its private equity fund Build-Out Fund -1, it said in a statement.                                           

The fund has an assets under management of 6 billion rupees and focuses on firms operating in India''s education and healthcare sectors.
