Oman's Bank Muscat has $50 million exposure to Dubai World
The Muscat bourse has asked all listed banks to disclose any exposure to Dubai World Group whether directly or indirectly.
Oman's largest lender Bank Muscat said on Sunday it had 19.25 million rials ($50 million) exposure to a syndicated loan from Dubai World Group.
In a regulatory filing, the lender said the exposure was part of a syndicated loan and continued to be serviced.
Shares of Bank Muscat are down 8% at 0719 GMT on the Oman bourse.
