After fuel prices were hiked on Monday (May 10), Maharashtra joined the ranks of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh where petrol rates breached the Rs 100-a-litre mark. According to the rate chart at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd outlets in Delhi, petrol is being sold at Rs 91.53 per litre, whereas the price of diesel in the national capital is Rs 82.06 a litre.
Petrol in Maharashtra Parbhani was priced at Rs 100.20 a litre, while in Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan, it was priced at Rs 102.42 a litre Rs 102.12 in Anuppur of Madhya Pradesh.

According to India’s state-run oil marketing companies (OMCs), petrol price was increased by 26 paise per litre while diesel price hiked by 33 paise, on Monday (May 10).
