These billionaire brothers are the owners of the second most expensive house in Delhi, right after the lavish massive Jindal mansion in the national capital.

While it is known that the Jindal family-owned Jindal Mansion is the most expensive house in Delhi, priced at over Rs 150 crore, the second most expensive house in the national capital is the Ruia Mansion, which is owned by the ultra-wealthy Ruia brothers.

Brothers Shashi and Ravi Ruia are a part of one of the wealthiest families in Delhi, and have built the massive and luxurious Ruia Mansion, which is located at the Tees January Marg. Being the second most expensive house in Delhi, the Ruia mansion is worth Rs 92 crore, as per Business Insider.

While Ruia Mansion is only one of the most expensive and lavish mansions owned by the Ruia brothers, it certainly is the most luxurious one. It is spread across over 2.2 acres of land, and has a plush green lawn and a massive swimming pool when the gates open.

The mansion is built out of regal white stone and marble, giving it a colonial look with its tall pillars and an open courtyard. Right out of the main entrance of the house is yet another swimming pool with yellow and golden lights shining on the white exterior.

The Ruia Mansion, however, is not the most expensive house owned by the Ruia brothers. As per recent reports, business tycoon Ravi Ruia made a massive purchase in the United Kingdom in the form of a luxury mansion worth over Rs 1188 crore.

Ravi Ruia and Shashi Ruia run the Essar Group, which is a vast conglomerate with interests in oil refineries, shipping, infrastructure, metals, and mining. Recently, their company Essar Steel was bought out by Lakshmi Mittal’s steel company.

Shashi and Ravi Ruia’s Essar Group still continues to be a powerful and profitable entity, with the combined net worth of both the brothers now over USD 2.2 billion (Rs 18,185 crore), according to Forbes.
